The eclipses, year by year

How to read an eclipse in your chart

Find the sign and degree of the eclipse, then the house of your chart where that degree falls: that is the life area that shifts or is revealed. With your rising sign, each eclipse’s table gives you the house directly.

An eclipse touching one of your planets (within three degrees) marks a personal turning point on that planet’s themes. Eclipses come in pairs, two weeks apart, and in eighteen-month seasons on the same axis of signs: the series tells a story.

Solar eclipses sow (a beginning, sometimes imposed); lunar eclipses complete (an ending, a revelation). You do not set intentions at an eclipse as at an ordinary New Moon: you watch, let it come, decide afterwards.
