Free chart: no data stored

The free chart is computed from the parameters in the web address. No birth data is saved to a database. The server's technical logs (requested addresses) are kept for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.

Orders

To produce and deliver a reading, Mon Thème Astral (micro-entreprise) processes: your e-mail, your name, the birth data of the person concerned, your optional personal message and your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: for the duration of production, then ten years for accounting records (without the detailed birth data). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never have access to your card number.

Horoscope by e-mail (newsletter)

If you sign up for the daily horoscope, Mon Thème Astral (micro-entreprise) processes your e-mail address, the chosen sign, the language and, if you provide it, your first name. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail. Addresses are hosted by Resend (EU / USA, standard contractual clauses) and are neither sold nor shared. Retention: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site does not use advertising cookies. Your choice of dark or light mode is remembered in your browser (local storage).

Two audience measurement tools are used. Vercel Analytics, cookie-free, collects no personally identifying data (no IP address kept, no cross-site tracking) and is exempt from consent under the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority). Mixpanel (data hosted in the European Union) is only activated with your agreement, given via the banner shown on your first visit: it records page views and clicks (for example the offer viewed or the calculation of a chart) under a random identifier stored in your browser, with no IP address and no birth data whatsoever. You can withdraw your agreement at any time below.
